Autism is a challenge, not only to the child who has it; but to the family as well. Autism used to strike 1 child in 1500, now it strikes 1 in 50, being more prevalent in males. The first step in conquering and finding a cure for autism is making people aware. My son Travis Westell is a highly functional autistic race car driver, who has been driving since age 7. He has excelled in every class he has raced in, and is a 3 time champion. He has worked hard all of his life trying to function in this world, he is a high school graduate, and is planning on going to college. I feel that he could be an inspiration to autistic children, and an excellent role model. It is a challenge to run a race car team. We would like to offer you the opportunity to join our team, helping to find a cure for autism and promote autism awareness. Travis represents hope to other families touched by autism. This 21 year old autistic race car driver will make you proud to be a part of this team.
